shipments weekly on Wednesday and Thursday.

If you don't see what you're looking for on our availability,
we will gladly special order it for you. Our special order policy is as follows:
SPECIAL ORDER POLICY
Payment in full is required to order non-stock items,
they DO NOT have a guarantee and
non-stock items must be picked up
on day of arrival,
(In most cases - Wednesday or Thursday),
You will be notified if it will be any other day.
NO EXCEPTIONS
*Keep in mind, if we don't stock it, there is a reason. If
you're unsure of why, don't hesitate to ask.
FRESHWATER 7 DAY GUARANTEE
* MUST have sales receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS!
* Fish must be provided with a water sample in a
SEPARATE bag.
* Water quality must be acceptable. (Low nitrates, zero ammonia, zero nitrites, etc.)
* Fish must show no signs of preditation
